So who are we, and what are we doing here?

We're a couple trying to "make it" (what a vague term) in the Okanagan with our daughter on a budget. On a tight budget. On a single-income budget. You get the picture. We're on a budget.

As for what we're doing here, we're out to share our discoveries of cheap, free, scavenged, reused, recycled, created, and homemade money-saving ideas with anyone who cares to read them. Basically, we just want to pass on what we've learned and discovered about making very little go very far here in the beautiful Okanagan valley. All you need is the willingness to read, be creative, and try things out!
